Who we are and scope
Schecker Enterprises LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, operates as Customer Capture Co. (CCC). Contact shawn@customercapture.co or 24080 Ct. Rd. 24 NW, Evansville, MN 56326. These terms concern CCC’s main website, inquiries and service information. A separately accepted client agreement and statement of work govern purchased services. Referral rewards are governed by the Referral Program Terms. The Scoop City concept’s demo-specific terms remain at demo.customercapture.co/terms.
Website information and consultations
Website examples illustrate capabilities, not promises of revenue, rankings, leads or suitability for every business. Consultation and qualified preview availability do not require a purchase. Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive information in public inquiry forms. A submitted inquiry is not an accepted project or guaranteed reservation.
Projects, prices and scope
Main-site projects are individually scoped, starting at the advertised $1,999. The existing offer describes a 50% deposit after preview approval. Deliverables, remaining payment schedule, timing, revisions, third-party costs, acceptance and change requests must be agreed in writing before work begins. Demonstration package examples do not automatically define a custom project’s scope. The separately accepted client agreement must define final payment, cancellation and acceptance provisions; this website does not create undisclosed service conditions.
Ownership and licensed components
The applicable client agreement must identify transferable website assets, when transfer occurs, and any pre-existing CCC tools, third-party components or licensed services that remain separately owned. No visitor receives ownership of CCC branding, demonstration characters, source code or licensed assets by using this website. Third-party license obligations remain applicable.
Hosted services and subscriptions
Hosted quizzes, segmentation, automation and maintenance may require separately agreed setup and recurring fees. They are not automatically included in every website purchase. The agreement must state included services, subscription price, billing, cancellation, offboarding and data export arrangements. Client-owned website deliverables and client data rights must be distinguished from CCC-hosted technology. Do not treat cancellation as forfeiting independently owned website assets.
Client responsibilities and third parties
Clients must supply lawful content, required permissions, accurate business information, approvals, and appropriate privacy/marketing-consent requirements for their own audience. Calendly, MailerLite, Make, OpenSRS or other services apply only where selected for the project, under their applicable terms. No unlimited marketing management, third-party uptime guarantee, mailbox specification or ownership arrangement is implied without an agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person or submit unlawful content. Do not use demonstrations to place real orders or enroll fictitious customers into live campaigns. CCC’s privacy notice explains the main-site form records and provider handling.
Disclaimers and lawful rights
Website information and demonstrations are provided for evaluation; outcomes depend on factors beyond CCC’s control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms impose no additional monetary liability cap or indemnity. Service warranties, remedies and other agreed risk allocations belong in the separately accepted client agreement, subject to nonwaivable law.
Changes, disputes and contact
Changes to these website terms require a revised date and appropriate notice. Existing client agreements are not silently rewritten by a website update. Contact CCC to resolve questions or concerns. These website terms impose no mandatory arbitration, exclusive venue or shortened limitation period. Applicable legal rights remain available.
