Who we are and scope
Schecker Enterprises LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, operates as Customer Capture Co. (CCC). Contact shawn@customercapture.co or 24080 Ct. Rd. 24 NW, Evansville, MN 56326. This policy covers the main CCC website and referral program. The fictional Scoop City demonstration has its own demo-specific notice at demo.customercapture.co/privacy; it does not collect real quiz subscribers or catering orders. Client-operated systems have their own privacy notices and agreements.
Information you provide
We receive inquiry and quote details such as name, business, industry, contact information, current website, project needs, budget and timing. Referral partners provide their name and email. Referred prospects provide their name, email, business, optional website and referral information. Do not send sensitive information through public forms.
No website accounts
The website does not offer user accounts, sign-in, or password features. CCC manages inquiry and referral records privately through its secure hosting and database provider, not through the public website.
Referral identifiers and agreements
We associate a randomly generated referral code with the registering partner. Agreement records include the registration identifier, server acceptance time, policy version and accepted statement. A valid referral link displays a generic referral introduction rather than the partner’s name, email or private records. The code identifies attribution; it is not proof of identity or authority to change registration or payout details.
Referral attribution and browser storage
After a recognized referral link is visited, the website stores only the first recognized referral code and the time it was first seen in your browser's localStorage, so the introduction is still recognized if you return within 30 days. It contains no name, email or other personal details, is removed automatically after 30 days, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. When you open the Scoop City demo from a referral page, the code is added to the demo link; the demo is a separate CCC site and does not use it for any other purpose. Inquiry forms submit the code for server verification. Persistent database introduction/claim records, not a browser timer, support the first verified valid referral rule. Recorded valid referrals have no fixed expiration. Browser attribution is evidence, not automatic reward approval.
Bookings
Calendly receives information you enter in its booking flow. Referred prospect forms save the inquiry first, then pass name and email as Calendly prefill fields and the referral code as UTM content. Opening the booking link does not confirm a booking. Calendly processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Avoid forwarding prefilled links containing your contact details.
Rewards and tax information
Private records connect referral partners, business identity references, recorded inquiries, verification evidence, eligibility dates, agreed rewards, approvals and actual payment dates and amounts. CCC privately confirms payment details; registration does not request banking or Zelle details. Where tax documentation is required, CCC will use a secure third-party tax-document service, selected before the first referral payment, to collect it. CCC's website and referral records do not collect or store Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers or W-9 forms; they store only tax review status, completion dates and provider references.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, arrange meetings, manage projects, attribute and review referrals, record agreements and payments, address disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. Submitting an inquiry or referral registration does not subscribe you to promotional emails. Separate permission is needed for any marketing subscription.
Providers and sharing
The website uses Lovable to host the site and provide its database; Calendly for meeting booking; and Google Fonts for typefaces. Hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, process requests and technical connection information. We may disclose relevant information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable protection. We do not sell submitted referral or inquiry information.
Email marketing and client systems
The forms on this website do not subscribe you to any email list and do not send your information to MailerLite or Make. Client projects may use those services under separate client agreements and privacy notices.
Technical information, cookies and choices
CCC does not use website analytics, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or session recording. The hosting platform sets two technical cookies needed to deliver the site: "__cf_bm", a Cloudflare security cookie that helps distinguish people from automated traffic and expires after about 30 minutes, and "__dpl", a hosting cookie that keeps your visit on a consistent version of the site and expires after about one day. Hosting and network providers also process standard request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. Referral attribution uses sessionStorage in your browser tab, as described above. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in localStorage. The website does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; because CCC does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no such activity for those signals to opt you out of. You can block or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings; the website will continue to work, although referral attribution may need to be entered manually.
Retention and deletion
CCC retains inquiry, referral, agreement, reward and payment records for legitimate business, attribution, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Because valid recorded referrals have no fixed expiration, CCC keeps the attribution and agreement evidence reasonably necessary to honor qualifying introductions, even years later, while limiting other personal information to what remains needed. CCC does not operate an automatic deletion schedule. When a verified request is received, CCC reviews each record and deletes or minimizes information that is no longer required, retaining only what is needed for attribution, contracts, disputes, accounting, tax or legal obligations. Information may persist for a limited period in provider backups before it is overwritten.
Security and access
Referral and inquiry records cannot be read by public visitors and are available only to authorized CCC administrators. Agreement to the referral terms is checked by the server, recorded attribution cannot be silently replaced, and reward, payment and tax-status records are kept separately. Rewards and payments are approved and recorded manually; no payment system is connected to the website. No system is risk-free, and no particular encryption standard, deletion timetable or security certification is promised.
Your requests and rights
Email shawn@customercapture.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about how it is shared. CCC handles requests as follows: (1) we acknowledge your request; (2) we verify your identity in a proportionate way, usually by confirming control of the email address on file; (3) we locate the relevant records; (4) we provide, correct or delete the information, explaining anything we must keep for attribution, contract, accounting, tax or legal reasons; and (5) we confirm the outcome to you in writing. If you disagree with our response, reply to that message and we will review the decision again. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. A booking is never required to make a privacy request.
Children and international access
The services and referral program are directed to business adults, not children under 13. Do not knowingly submit children’s personal information. Contact us if such information has been submitted. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations; this policy does not promise a particular transfer mechanism for international client services.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected in a dated version of this policy and, where required, communicated or consented to before new uses begin.
