Referral Program Terms
Effective October 21, 2026
Operator and agreement
Schecker Enterprises LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, operates as Customer Capture Co. (CCC). Contact shawn@customercapture.co or 24080 Ct. Rd. 24 NW, Evansville, MN 56326. These terms describe CCC’s referral program. Registration is not employment, an agency appointment or authority to bind CCC. Registration requires affirmative agreement to the final published version; it is not permission to send marketing email.
Who may participate
You must be at least 18 years old. You do not need to be a CCC employee, contractor or professional salesperson to participate. Self-referrals are not eligible. Fraudulent referrals, unlawful compensation arrangements and arrangements prohibited by your duties or employer rules are excluded. By registering and accepting these terms you represent that you meet these requirements. Registration does not make you CCC’s employee, contractor or authorized agent.
Qualifying introductions
Refer a new prospective business customer, not an existing CCC customer or an active CCC sales opportunity. You cannot retroactively claim an existing relationship. A valid introduction must be recorded and verified by CCC. A link visit, inquiry, meeting, proposal or deposit alone does not make a reward payable. The reward applies to the initial qualifying website project, not recurring subscriptions, renewals or unrelated purchases unless separately agreed in writing.
Links and attribution
The first verified valid referral receives credit, using the existing recorded introduction dates and evidence to determine priority. A later referral cannot override an earlier valid referral. CCC reviews duplicate and manual-name claims, including earlier unresolved records, before awarding credit. Matching the business identity requires manual verification; an email address or browser cookie alone is not conclusive. Valid recorded referrals have no fixed expiration and remain eligible if a customer purchases months or years later. Closing a browser session does not erase an already recorded introduction. Contact CCC if attribution needs correction or review.
Reward calculation
For CCC’s standard initial website packages, the fixed rewards are $200 for the $1,999 package, $300 for the $2,999 package, and $500 for the $4,999 package. These are fixed amounts, not percentage commissions. For a custom-priced project, CCC and the partner agree on the reward in writing before the customer commits, with a maximum of $500 per qualifying customer. One qualifying customer earns one authorized initial-project reward; duplicate records or installments do not create additional rewards. Taxes, ongoing subscriptions, renewals and unrelated purchases do not count toward the initial website project.
No annual earning limit
There is no annual earnings cap and no limit on the number of qualifying customers you may refer. “Earn up to $500 for every paying client you refer. No annual earning limit.” describes the opportunity, not guaranteed income. There is no four-referral requirement or $2,000 annual maximum.
Eligibility, verification and payment
Rewards are payable within 14 calendar days after all three conditions are satisfied: the qualifying initial website project has been paid in full, required tax onboarding is complete, and applicable refund/payment eligibility conditions are satisfied. The deadline runs from the actual latest satisfaction date, not a later administrative approval or data-entry date. CCC records the evidence and dates, manually approves the reward, and separately records the payment. CCC privately confirms Zelle details; if that channel is unavailable, contact CCC promptly to agree on a lawful available alternative without adding an undisclosed eligibility condition.
Refunds, cancellations and abuse
A canceled or refunded project that no longer satisfies the qualifying initial-project/payment requirements earns no reward. A partial refund does not automatically prorate a fixed standard reward: if the initial website project remains a qualifying completed purchase and the retained balance is paid in full, the agreed standard reward remains applicable. If cancellation, a scope change or a dispute means the project no longer qualifies, the reward is not payable until eligibility is resolved. CCC must document the reason and evidence, identify any actual refund right under the client agreement or applicable law, and record the relevant end/review date. CCC will not invent an extra refund period or impose an indefinite hold based on an undefined window. Disputes must be reviewed promptly and communicated to the partner; the payment deadline cannot be silently reset by changing administrative timestamps. No automatic clawback of a previously paid reward is authorized by these terms; any alleged overpayment or fraud requires documented review and lawful resolution.
Tax documentation and reporting
Partners are responsible for any taxes owed on rewards. Where federal or state law requires tax documentation or information reporting, completing CCC's tax onboarding is a condition of payment and is not optional. CCC will use a secure third-party tax-document service, selected before the first referral payment, to collect required documents. For qualifying 2026 payments, the general federal Form 1099-NEC reporting threshold is $2,000 per recipient, subject to classification rules and exceptions; backup withholding can require documentation regardless of amount. A reporting threshold is not a tax exemption. Never send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers or W-9 forms through CCC's website, referral forms or ordinary email.
Disclose your incentive
Clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive a reward when recommending CCC. Use plain language near the recommendation, such as “I may receive a referral reward if you become a paying client.” A referral link by itself is not a sufficient disclosure. Do not hide the disclosure behind a link, in unrelated terms or after a lengthy message.
Responsible recommendations
Do not spam, impersonate CCC, make misleading earnings claims, promise results, quote unapproved prices, pressure people, use deceptive links, or make unauthorized commitments. Respect privacy, platform rules and applicable advertising, telemarketing and email laws. Payment incentives do not excuse CAN-SPAM obligations. Do not scrape or upload contact lists to CCC, and do not share sensitive prospect information without permission.
Program changes and disputes
CCC may change or end the program prospectively with notice through the program page and, where appropriate, contact with registered partners. Changes do not retroactively eliminate legitimate rewards already earned under previously accepted terms. Valid recorded introductions remain recognized without a fixed expiration; CCC will document the applicable version and honor established reward agreements. CCC may suspend abusive or unlawful participation with a documented reason, not arbitrarily deny a valid earned reward. Contact shawn@customercapture.co with the referral and supporting evidence to request review of attribution, eligibility or payment. CCC will investigate competing records and communicate the outcome. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive court venue, a class waiver or a shortened claim deadline.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how registration, attribution, agreement and payment records are handled. Required tax documents are collected only through the secure third-party tax-document service described above.
